Hi all! I am 30F and I started Modified AIP last Sunday— officially one week down! 💪 AIP was recommended by my naturopath doctor to help with a combination of mold toxicity/candida and inflammation/vague autoimmune symptoms. I obviously did not expect to notice any drastic symptom relief and for the most part my symptoms have stayed the same. However, I started my period early, which is very unusual because I’m on oral birth control. My period also seems to be lasting longer than normal. hi I just got my o lvl results and got raw 9 nett 7 and deciding btw TJC and DHS. both are the same distance from my house. Anyone else got scammed making a [Booking.com](http://Booking.com) reservation at a property managed by 'Sun Solution Rentals' or a similar fake property management business? SSR had lots of properties listed on [Booking.com](http://Booking.com) & VRBO. Their prices weren't bargains, but they were clearly new to the platform, so I took some steps to verify they were legit: \- Checked the web - they had a professional website sunsolutionrentals.com. \- Conducted a California Business Search - 'Sun Solution Rentals LLC' was a registered business. \- Sent them some messages via both [booking.com](http://booking.com) messaging & their own website's 'Contact Us' page... their responses were professional & timely. [Booking.com](http://Booking.com) details specified 'you'll pay the property directly'. SSR sent an invoice & payment link using a reputable payment gateway (Airwallex). Airwallex customer support confirmed SSR wouldn't be seeing my credit card details (I asked!). I paid SSR, & they sent a receipt & updated my [booking.com](http://booking.com) reservation to show accommodation as fully paid. Two months later, [Booking.com](http://Booking.com) cancels my booking & SSR vanishes from their platform. The SSR website is now gone & the business registry shows status as 'Terminated'. Booking.com's only explanation is "we no longer have a partnership with this provider". They're telling me to dispute the payment with my bank or provide them with a bank letter proving the funds can't be retrieved so they can 'help' me get reimbursed. Completely useless. [Booking.com](http://Booking.com) 'partnered' with the scammer so it feels like they should take responsibility and bear (or at least share!!) the loss. I've never fallen for a scam before & thought I'd taken sufficient steps to verify SSR were legit before paying them. But in hindsight, there's still more I could have done. Learnings for next time - 1. Just avoid [Booking.com](http://Booking.com) altogether! (I rarely use them anyway) 2. If #1 isn't possible, never book a property thats new (only one with several reviews) 2. Do a google image search of pics used by the property (just before they took down the website, I discovered they were using images & descriptions copied from Zillow). 3. Don't book properties that require direct payment in advance I'm sure the scammers are busy right now creating a new business name & website & getting a new LLC registration so they can do the same thing all over again. I lost over USD$2300. (BTW, [Booking.com](http://Booking.com) 'helpfully' suggested an alternative property for me to stay at. After cancelling my booking at a huge 3-bedroom house for a family stay downtown, their 'recommendation' for alternative accommodation was a tiny 1-bedroom apartment on the far-flung city outskirts. They really are useless).

extreme drama?

working as a shift lead, some difficult people and extreme drama. can provide examples. i am fairly young so i barely even know how to handle it personally better yet professionally. to me, the circumstances seem extreme. working as shift lead so it is partially my job to take care of it as my lower level employees(not including my RGM, and other managers who are also guilty of this) walk around talking sh1t about eachother all day long and bringing me into it. to me, the work is not bad but the social issues are insane and difficult to handle. I was hoping to keep the job to have management experience on my resume to help me gain higher level positions elsewhere, but its looking like I may have to leave. opinion??
